  • How will I get my files?

    We will send you the audio files directly to your email. The speed at which you get it back depends on the service you selected.

  • How do I know the accent is authentic?

    All of our readers are genuinely from the places they represent. There's no pretending or performing involved - they read the script naturally in their own accent. So you can trust that it doesn't get any more authentic than this.

  • What exactly will I get in the recording?

    You will get your lines recorded two times. Once at conversational speed and once at a slightly slower pace so that you can catch all of the key sounds.

    All lines will be read neutrally without ‘acting’ so as not to influence performance and keep it all about the accent.

  • Can I get refund?

    No, we currently do not offer refunds. However, our friendly team is here to help with your order and address any concerns you have.

  • Can I make a change to my order?

    Absolutely! You can make changes to your order by emailing us at team@instantaccent.com within one hour of submission. We'll ensure your requested changes are made before the order is finalised.

    Please act promptly so we can assist you effectively, we won’t be able to guarantee a change if changes are communicated after one hour.

  • How do I know my script will be kept confidentially?

    We know how important privacy is for some projects. We redact all character names/project details when sending on the script to our reader so you can rest assured that this process is confidential. Our readers also sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure confidentiality and dispose of material following recording. We are unable to process protected NDA scripts.
