Welcome to Instant Accent! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.  Use of Services

  • a. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 13, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

  • b. Our services are intended for personal use and educational purposes. You agree to use the content and materials provided by Instant Accent solely for study purposes.

  • c. You acknowledge and agree that any recordings received from Instant Accent shall only be used for the intended purpose of study. No public or commercial use, sharing on any social platforms, alteration, Text-To-Speech application, or machine learning utilisation shall be permitted.

  • d. We do not process NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or heavily protected project scripts. However, we are more than happy to assist you with other accent phrases and related inquiries.

Page Sizing for Accent Requests:

  1. Monologues: For the purpose of our services, monologues are calculated as a standard A4 page containing up to 300 words.

  2. Duologues: In the case of duologues, each page of dialogue is considered a standard A4 page, presented in 12-point size Times New Roman font, with space between each line. For reference on what constitutes a standard page of dialogue, please click here.


Intellectual Property

  • a. All content and materials provided by Instant Accent, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.

  • b. You retain the intellectual property rights to any content you submit or upload to our website. By providing content to us, you grant Instant Accent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing our services.

Limitations of Liability

  • a. Instant Accent strives to provide accurate and reliable services, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content and materials provided. We disclaim all liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the content and materials.

  • b. In no event shall Instant Accent or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
